Antoine Possik serves as the President of both Northern Caulking Inc. and Toronto Premium Consultancy Inc. Additionally, he holds advisory roles with the Ownership group of State Window Corp. and is a valued member of the Board of Directors at the Ontario Building Envelope Council (OBEC). With a wealth of experience, Antoine has previously held positions as Vice President of Field Operations and Technical Director of Building Sciences at State Window Corp. Prior to this, he served as a Project Manager and Window Installer at Quest Windows. With over 22 years of esteemed experience in the Window Wall industry, Antoine brings invaluable expertise and insight to his various roles and responsibilities.
Introducing Sean Paulsen, our esteemed Director of Training and Development, boasting over three decades of expertise in the window installation realm. Sean embarked on his journey in the industry back in 1987 as an installer in Vancouver. In 1990, he ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing his own installation business and crew, which he successfully managed for six years. Subsequently, he relocated to Toronto and resumed his installation endeavors. Sean later transitioned to a role as an installation contractor with State Window Corporation, where he dedicated approximately 11 years to the company. During his tenure, he ascended to the position of field manager before assuming the role of site operations manager, a position he held for approximately three years. Since November 2023, Sean has been an integral part of The Toronto Premium Consultancy team.
With a vision to fill a gap in the industry, Antoine Possik established Toronto Premium Consultancy, aiming to introduce a unique training service previously absent in the field. Pioneering the industry’s inaugural Window Wall apprenticeship program, this initiative provides comprehensive practical and theoretical training sessions. Participants receive a certificate upon successful completion of the training, marking a significant milestone in their professional development.
